Today we talk about the voice in your head that says: You're not worth it, if you were going to have done it, you would've done it already, who are you too…
Bringing this topic to the surface because of a session I had with a new client today who’s 54 year she said, oh my gosh, I've been listening to this voice in my head.
If you're listening to that voice in your head: this is for you!
If you haven't accessed your free 5 minute assessment to identify the saboteurs in your mind, get at it: Free access here: for you to access it, and it’ll give you a printout of the nine different ways your mind gets in your way and tells you things that you've been believing and undermining your success.
Highly recommend you take advantage of it.
I know I felt, thank you for showing me this, I needed to see it. Every client I work with, who takes it is glad for what it reveals.
Understand why they've made the choices they've made and why these situations keep Showing up in their lives.
So let's get to it.
This voice in your head that tells you: You’re not worth it. If you were gonna do it, you would've done it already.
My client’s someone who saw herself as an artist, but wasn't able to claim her artistic strengths and abilities because of something that happened a long time ago.
Here’s the thing about these patterns that develop. Something happens in our life and it has us believing a story and then the story helps us to stay safe.
What these sabotage patterns do, as childhood strategies they make you believe this’s how it should be.
Then they keep you from living who you are.
As she said, like I just felt like I wasn't authentically myself and was noticing that that's not who I wanted to be as a parent.
Can you relate? Listen in and share your comments!
With love,
Claudia
